Lucasfilm Animation Singapore will be presenting recent work produced together with Lucasfilm companies in California: Visual Effects from Academy Award® Industrial Light and Magic (ILM), Lucas Arts most recent games, and Lucasfilm Animation brand new television series “Clone Wars”. Lucasfilm Animation Singapore will also introduce its Jedi Masters Training Program, at the National Museum Gallery Theater on the 1st December at 9.00pm.
Lucasfilm Animation Singapore will share their experience of the animation and visual effects industry with the audience, enabling them to think beyond the obvious & get an insight into the tremendous career options within Animation, VFX and Gaming.
The JEDI MASTERS PROGRAM will be the first training program in Asia to feature world-class instructors and trainers from Lucasfilm’s California companies, including Academy Award® veterans from Industrial Light and Magic, LucasArts, and Lucasfilm Animation. You will gain hands-on production experience while working on major feature films, television series, and video games for the global market.
The JEDI MASTERS PROGRAM is a paid apprentice initiative with a focused curriculum for both entry-level and experienced artists. Set to begin in early 2008, sessions will take place at our Singapore studio for selected talent currently residing in Singapore. Apprentices who complete the program and demonstrate the appropriate talent and skill level will be eligible for employment at Lucasfilm Animation Singapore Studio.
Lucasfilm Animation Singapore is now seeking talented computer graphics artists to apply for the JEDI MASTERS PROGRAM and begin training and working at our Singapore studio.
